A Fortune 50 company competing with new market challengers, Prudential Financial recognized the need to develop a new talent strategy to improve their recruiting and retention efforts.

Working with leadership and teams across the Talent Organization, we helped Prudential rethink the programs and the platforms they use to enable their recruiting efforts and engage with their employees on a day-to-day basis.

As the Agency and Product Lead, I oversaw the efforts to develop the strategy, concepts and creative for the primary Careers platform, the corporate Intranet, the CEO’s annual ‘Talent Report,’ HR Training solutions, DEI toolkits, Advisor and College recruiting platforms, and more.
