The SkillSurvey app uses big data and predictive analytics to help large companies make smarter hiring decisions. However, their customers were having difficulty understanding what the data was telling them.

Working with Heads of Product and Research, we rethought the information flow of app and the presentation of the data provided, in addition to redesign the user experience of the application itself. The updated product was envisioned as an executive summary of a critical report -- emphasizing key takeaways and highlighting the predictive modeling, -- while also allowing custom report and data views for various members of the hiring process.

We led the the product strategy, developed a new product design system, created new UX and UI patterns, designed new data visualizations and led the handoff to product development teams.
